I went to get an inspection and an oil change. Not only that it took more than an hour, although there were no other clients when I came, they also forgot to close the oil cap, so it was spilling on my engine while driving. Really rude person at front desk, too.

I do not recommend this establishment for car repair. They messed up my car and refused to correct issue. Scott told me to take him to court to see if I win.

I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience. I’ve been coming here for a couple of years, and the staff have always seemed friendly and professional. However, after bringing my car in to diagnose a starting issue, I’m left frustrated with the results. After two visits and more than $700 spent, my car still has the exact same problem. On the first visit, I was told the starter needed to be replaced, so I had that done. When the issue continued, I returned and was then advised to replace the battery. I followed that recommendation as well, but the problem remains unchanged. When I went back a third time, I was told the car was fine and that they could not find any issue. Unfortunately, that doesn’t change the fact that my vehicle is still experiencing the same starting problem that I originally brought it in for. I understand that diagnosing intermittent issues can be difficult, but after spending this amount of money and following the recommendations provided, I expected a resolution or at least a clearer explanation. Instead, I’m left with the same problem and a much lighter wallet.

I've been coming here for years with all my cars. But my last oil change was different.....my car had totally ran out of oil, and I was shown the oil filter and was told that hasn't been changed. I'm really disappointed I really trusted you guys with my car

I try to come here every year for my cars inspection. My light bulbs were out so they changed them for new ones I had in my glove box. After charging $60, I went home and the left one wasn't put on right. I just fixed it myself but for $60 I was expecting a correct installation. I will be doing a charge back for this since services were not properly rendered. Great place for inspection but nothing else!
